The house is classified for 12 people, in winter, heat pump heating. On the ground floor, living-dining room of over 50 m2 with large bay windows (TV, DVD), an equipped kitchen, a pantry, a shower room with an Italian shower, 1 separate toilet, and a large terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of 15m2 (1 with a 140*200 bed, 1 with a 140*190 bed and a 90*190 bed), 1 of 20m2 (1 bed 160*200 and 1 bed 90) and 1 of 30 m2 (4 beds 90*190 and 1 140*200 bed), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 independent toilet. Baby equipment available, swing, hut, ping-pong table, deckchairs, games and books, Wifi. Access to the owner's secure swimming pool until 8 p.m. Cleaning charge: € 120. Linen can be rented (Kit sheets :14€ for a single bed, 15€ for a double bed; towels 8€ / person). Prices are for 12 people maximum. 

The owner's house is right next door (5 meters), the terraces and living areas being on different sides.

Rules: No animals, no big parties (respect for the neighborhood), pool access until 9 p.m.
